Improvisation Improv is creating something from nothing; creating ideas and actions in the moment - total spontaneity. Improv is discovering the unexpected, changing the known into the unknown. Improv challenges us to step out of our daily, conscious, routine patterns and into new ways of creating and perceiving. Improv trains groups of people to communicate more effectively and to become more creative, both individually and collectively. It trains all participants to respond intuitively and inventively to one another and their environment. Improv uses techniques that enable you to cooperate, communicate clearly and solve problems quickly. I have adapted these techniques to make them more applicable to anyone working in the corporate or non-profit world today. I will provide an environment in which participants are encouraged to take risks, be bold, and make discoveries. These insights will stay with the group long after the workshops. Improv is not about being an expert comedian or a brilliant actor. I provide the improv confidence and expertise, and through Improvabilities games & exercises, I will provide you the tools to put Improv skills within anyone's grasp. I will show participants how to link together ideas to create what no one individual could do alone.
