Andy will engage participants in a unique combination of gentle, comfortable stretches, movements and exercises, all of which can be done while seated! Andy can also use recorded music to stimulate movements, responses and feelings.
Andy will have the participants use a “Noodle” in the program, the long thin tube used in pools – it’s perfect for exercise, weighing one ounce! The noodle is cut in half for easier use. Andy’s program energizes & rejuvenates the participants! It’s fun, easy-to-do, and has lasting benefits! Participants can learn how to do the exercises on their own, on a regular basis.
